Hydrofluoric acid[HF] attacks glass with the formation of fluorosilicate ions [SiF6]2-.Thus it is stored in wax coated glass bottles to prevent the reaction.

HF reacts with the sodium silicate of the glass. As a result glass bottles are slowly get corroded or eaten up. And the microorganisms destroy it's and eaten this and they destroy fully and can't keep it. That's why HF can't be stored in glass bottles. It is normally kept in wax bottles.
Reaction = Na2SiO3 + 6HF = Na2SiF6 + 3H20
