Why hibiscus do not bear fruit even though andocium and gynocium present in it

The lobs of pods contain seeds like any other fruit. so ,the habiscus plants doesn't have any distinct fruit. Habiscus doesn't bear fruit even though androcium and Gynocium . present in because the fruit seeds will not be similar to the parent plant and look different.
