Why human cannot hear ultra or infra sound?

becoz it's frequency is too higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing.

The human ear has a perceived frequency range of 20 Hertz to 20 kHz. Any frequency below 20 Hz is classified as infrasound and any frequency above 20 kHz is classified as ultrasound so we can't hear these sounds.
