your question is wrong

human cells have cell membrane they don't have cell wall

You need to start answering this question by asking why plants and fungi have cell walls in the first place- the main reasons include resisting deformation (perhaps in response to a changing environment that might cause cells to shrink or expand excessively), and mediating cell-to-cell interaction. As it turns out, animals cells also have structures that do the same thing- the main difference is that instead of being enclosed inside walls of cellulose or chitin, animal cells are embedded in a matrix of fibers made of protein such as collagen. This so-called extracellular matrix is intimately linked to the insides of the cells and essentially plays the role that cell walls play in plants and fungi.
