our ears are designed to pick up the sound waves from the surroundings ...for k simple answer . Ear and eye plays a very significant role in our daily life or life time .Ear is there because to here the sounds or that the sound waves to pick up from the air .And we also nee two ears because the  sound rays will pass from two ears ....Hence we need ears to here or to listen anything ...
