Why hydroboration appear as anti - markownikoffs addition ?

in the first step of mechanism of hydroboration that is addition of B2H6 it follows markonikoffs rule while finally when trialkylborane is treated with H2O2 this addition follows anti markonikoffs rule which gives it an overall appearance of antimarkonikoffs rule pls don't mind spelling mistakes
