The atmosphere contains water in gaseous state that is in water vapour or moisture forn it is formed when water in the water bodies evaporate and mixes up with atmospheric air. So this water vapour or moisture in air is the gaseous form of the water in seas, rivers, lakes, ponds, etc. Hence, it is obvious that the moisture in the air is naturally formed but not formed through the process of combination of hydrogen and oxygen
