Why hypothalamus is called master gland ???

because it's the part of the brain that controls the endocrine system. The pituitary gland, which hangs by a thin stalk from thehypothalamus, is called the master gland of the body because it regulates the activity of the endocrineglands.

hypothalamus is the master of master gland because they secrete hypothalamic hormones and they move to the infundibulum and enters to the pituitary gland
so pituitary gland is called as master gland
