u will be able to send them after u have answered 1000+ questions!!

becoz until and unless u will not give 1000 answers u will not be able to message....only moderators can message...
moderators mean
the persons who are highly active on brainly and have many powers like to ban a user, to delete comments, to delete an answer and to delete questions!!
its not true that only moderators can msg
then also u are able to chat ...
but before 2 days it is availablke
before 5 days!!
hmmmmm
m not able yet cuz i have answered only 917 questions yet??!!!!!
