I think your mind can't concentrate and you attract for Mobile, TV, video games etc, which are bad for your future.
may be you are tied for your hard work. but I'm not sure why u can't study at night..

evrybody is unique may be u understand when you get up early in the morning. but if you are struggling to study do some yoga and try to control the flow of your thoughts try to find the reason of distraction for eg phone fb whatsapp and take step to control your mind do meditation and keep calm. hope this helps!!
