• At times, Muhammad Bin Tughlaq was extremely humble but at the same time he also became arrogant.

• At many times, he was very generous but at other times he was very narrow-minded.

• Muhammad Bin Tughlaq took many initiatives to improve administrative system but all failed due to lack of proper planning.
