Why in certain plants deficiency symptoms occur in younger organs while in others it occurs in mature organs?

When deficiency of certain elements occurs , that element

mobilise from mature parts and

solve the deficiency in younger

regions .But in the case of Ca ,it is immobile.So deficiency symptom first occur in younger

regions.
