Why in every field there is boys vs girls? Can't they stay liberal to each other.

Oh vow I respect your opinion. According to me children from early stage are tend to adopt the mindset that you are a girl and you are a boy. They should be meant to learn that they are the responsible citizens of the country irrespective of their genders. Actually this mindset results in Gender discrimination and is against the feeling of oneness.. They should be enculcated with feeling of oneness.
