The reason dates back to the time of manual typewriter . When a first invented , they had keys arranged in the alphabetically order, but people typed so fast that the machenical charactor arms got tangled up. So the keys were randomly positioned to actually slow down typing and prevent keys jam.

here is ur answer
firstly computers had arranged letters in the alphabetical orders but typers typed so fast that their arms got twisted up and was tired of getting to check again and again....
nowadays to avoid that QWERTY keyboards have been introduced and now it is the standard way
