Why in logic, we treat mathematical truth as certain?

In today's life, we do not seem to have time to find things out ourselves. And so, we want everything, every instruction and every deduction to be exact. Just imagine how someone would react if you invited him to a party at your place and told him to reach somewhere near the fifth block? That is still a little mathematical, but imagine the reaction to this.
