Answer

Tall is a dominant character, and it generally masks the recessive character (dwarf) in F1 generation.

Tall is a dominant character, and it generally masks the recessive character (dwarf) in F1 generation.A dominant character is the character which is expressed in the heterozygous condition. This means that whenever this character is present, it is expressed. So, whether it is present with any other character or the same character, it would be expressed.

This means that this character is expressed only present in pairs. So, it is expressed only when both the recessive alleles of a gene are present.
