Why in nerve tissue have signal in forward direction not in reverse?

because in nervous system mostly unipolar neurons are present. that's why a single direction is considered

The term neuron is used here which tells that ...the output of one neuron may be fed back to the input of another neuron whose output is directly or indirectly connected to it...
