Why In spite of Aravalli Range Rajasthan receives less rainfall ?

This is because Rajasthan is in the leeward side of the Aravalli Range. Leeward side of any mountain doesn't receive much rainfall as all the rain of the clouds gets finished in the windward side of the mountains.

In spite of the aravalis many parts of Rajasthan do not receive much rain because the aravalis range of mountains lies parallel to the South West monsoon winds....
