Hi dear here is ur answer ✌✌
(i) indentured labourers were hired under contracts which promised the return travel to India, after they had worked for five years on their employer’s plantation.
(ii) Most of the indentured workers migrated in hope for a bright future, but they were exploited by the recruiting agent and by the employer.
i hope it helps u buddy ✌✌

Hello friend ,
i think that it is already a system of slavery.
and the reason is the strong people capture the freedom of the weak ones & let them to do tedious work...
they are tortured a lot
they are taken to do labour on an agreement that after sometime they will be released.(only few r fortunate to get released)
they r taken for the plantation work or any such work with no benifits provided to them
human rights r completely banished in the system
they work like animals in fields
Thus in these ways the indentured labour equals the slavery & a threat to humanity.
Hope this helps !! thankyou & goodluck!! :)
