India is called a mega diverse country as there are 29 states with almost each State having its own language. For example, Tamil Nadu had Tamil, Assam has Assami, West Bengal has Bengali.

Each of these states have different cultures, customs, cuisine, clothing, etc.

Most importantly there are many religions in India. It is not dominated by one religion. There are religions such as Hinduism, Islamic, Christianity, Parsi, Sikh, etc.
