why india is not making its own multibrand while the whole world is seeling their brands i am talking about phones ​

Because the foreign brands are allready super rich and profitted that they give huge profit margins to the shopowners and dealers. On the other hand, the local companies like micromax are still trying to get ahead and have many expenses and so can't spend much on branding.
