In India Judiciary is single and integrated because the upper courts have some level of control over the lower courts. Lower courts are subordinate to the upper courts .In other words the precedents of the Higher Court are followed by the lower and the other courts that is why in India Judiciary is single and integrated and it is interconnected and not independent.
