H2 or Hydrogen Molecule - consist of two hydrogen atoms as chemical formula suggests .

Mole (mol) - is an unit of measurement like dozen or any other .

And one mole equals 6.023 * 10^23 number of any species i.e.. atoms , molecules , ions etc..

So 0.5 mol H2 will contain

(6.023 * 10^23 /2 ) molecules that is 3.0155 * 10^23 molecule and since each molecule consist of two hydrogen atoms , total no. of hydrogen atom become

3.1055 * 10^23 * 2 = 6.023 * 10^23 atoms that is one mole of Hydrogen atoms.

I hope it helped.

4 moles of c2h4o2

Find number of atoms in each option.

Number of atoms of h is equal to mass of h.
