ionic compounds are soluble in water bcz they form of two or more compounds. these ions have charge either positive or negative and water also have positive ion i.e. H+ and negative OH- . and we know that opposite charge attract each other so it is react with other ion of ionic compound and form a soluble compound.
but organic compound do not have ions. so ionic compounds do not mix with organic compounds.
