In ordinary arithmetics the expression has no meaning as there is no number which multiply by 0 gives a (assuming a it's not equal to 0)and so division by 0 undefinite. since any number multiplied by zero is zero the expression 0/0is also undefinite when it is an indeterminate form.

because if zero is divided by any number we will get zero only but if we divide any number by zero i.e. 1/0 means we are dividing 1 into 0 parts but infinite is the answer because any number also have one part at least so that this goes to infinite because no one has counted number till infinity sp it is assumed that any number divided by 0 we wil get infinite
i.e. 1/0=infinite
