When a fast approaching Train passes by a person, it drags away the Air that comes in it's Way! Therefore, creating a *partial Vacuum* to which Air present behind the person reacts by filling the space as air moves towards train(partial Vacuum), this makes the person feel a Push from Behind or a suction effect...
