Why is aids considered to be a "aynocine" and not a disease?

AIDS is not considered an aynocine.. Its causitive organism is virus but it is not a disease fully.

Patients suffering from AIDS have their immune systems weak and their body cannot tolerate any breach.

AIDS patients suffer because of minimal immunity.
