A lunar overshadowing is the point at which the Moon is in the shadow of Earth.
An annular shroud is the point at which the body throwing the shadow has a littler precise measurement than the Sun saw from the body being overshadowed.
Suppose the trademark ring of flame is noticeable from even only one area, the entire overshadowing is called an annular sun based shroud.
