Firstly I will tell you about equal distribution to all.....
Equal distribution means Access to all kind of resources to people. Every people will be given equal kind of things. All people have the right that They can use those resources which are being using by Rich people..
Two force that are against these...Actually I will tell you three instead of two and these are:
1) Corruption
2) Higher consumption by Rich people
3) Lack of Resources

Equitable distribution or resources is required because:
1. there will be continuous flow of sufficient resources to every section of the society
2. resources will not be exploited at the hands of a few persons
Forces acting against it:
1. accumulation of resources at the hands of a few people
2. limited amount of resources in nature
