Antarctica is uninhabitate because of unfavourable climatic conditions. There is very low temperature in which humans cannot live. Although there are some research centers in Antarctica.

It is because of the harsh climatic conditions. The weather is so freezy cold that it's 10 times lower than our body temperature. That's why Antarctica is inhabitable.
