It is a very weak acid and is colorless in a dilute solution ,It may show no color change in pH paper or may turn it into orange red color. H2O2 is weakly acidic and the paper would turn orange red in its solution. As per my mentor, water is H2O which is neutral, H2O2 becomes a weak acid.

because it is partially ionised in water.
