the authority of law is determined by different process firstly the legislature passess a law and a law is a dead
letter until it is put into practice so the executive is given the responsibility of implementing law,it has to give
the order on the manner in which a law has to be implemented if the.if the law passed by the legislature and order made by executive are questioned by the people.then the court has the power to decide whether they are in accordance with the constitution or not.
