Blood Circulation which occurs in humans is called as Double Circulation because in this process blood passes through Hearts two times. It means at once Oxygenated blood are passed through heart to whole body and at second time deoxygenated blood comes to hearts for purification.
Actually, Oxygenated blood are purified then goes to whole body, it means that it has riched in oxygen but Deoxygenated blood has no oxygen, it has only Carbon dioxide.
Actually, Double Circulation has great significance in human's body because it separate Oxygenated blood from Deoxygenated blood in mixing. Whenever if they mix then human's body will not get pure blood the they face many blood related diseases.
