Hey,....
____________________________________________
Blood is of different colours in different animals due to the different respiratory pigments present in them...

For eg.1.) In case of humans and most of the vertebrates have red coloured blood due to present of haemoglobin which contains iron and its structure give it a red colour when oxygenated...

____________________________________________

2.) similarly some molluscans , and crustaceans have haemocynanin as the respiratory pigment which contains copper instead of iron... And further when oxygenated the blood becomes blue in colour..

_____________________________________________

3.) in some segmented worms like sabella, leeches and some marine worms , have chlorocruorin which gives the blood green colour..

__________________________________________
4.) in some other marine worms , brachiopds, haemerthryin is present which give the blood violet pink colour when oxygenated!

Hope it helps!

Answer:

While humans and many other species have red blood, due to the iron in their hemoglobin, other animals have different colored blood. Spiders (as well as horseshoe crabs and certain other arthropods) have blue blood due to the presence of copper-based hemocyanin in their blood.
