B3N3H6....it has a similar structure as of benzene so its called inorganic benzene.
If we have 1 equivalent of B2H6 nd NH3 we will get BN
BUT
if we have 1 eq. Of B2H6 nd 2 equivalents of NH3....we will get B3N3H6
