Hello friend,
When cold bottles are taken out of the fridge, they get change in temperature which is hot.
So, the water inside the bottle starts to evaporate and goes upward.
But the bottle cap is closed so they just touch the upper part of the bottle which is cold and become liquid again.
This goes on and on.
Hope this helps!!!

Hii friend,
__________
Here is your answer
____________________
When a bottle is taken out of the refrigerator, the water ( not in a solid state ), undergoes latent heat of vaporization. The water in this case is being converted to gaseous state, without increasing the temperature. Thus, it is known as latent heat as latent means hidden.
