because plants looses water because of transpiration that maybe harmful for them but at the same time because of transpiration plants gets minerals and fresh water due to suction pull that help it maintaing it's temperature

transpitation is the process of lossing of water through thr pores of their leaves ...it leavrs water through the pores to mainrain the temperature of the earth and reduce global warming
