Hey mate!! cell wall is present in plants because plants doesn't have organs like us they are not motile(movable) they have to stand at one place.
In our nature weather can change any time and any time any things happen..
So,to prevent plants from any mishapping to them there is cell wall which protect it from all types of changes..

The reason why cell wall is present on plants is they don't have proper digestive system so they store their some waste in the form of cellulose which is very hard and strong in nature, which gives plants rigidity and shape.
