Why is cell wall present in plant cells but not in animal cells

Cell wall is present in plantcells only because plants are stationary.they cannot move to other places for their protection.Unlike plants animals move from one place to other in search of food and shelter so they don't need cell wall for protection against weather variations or harsh temp.
