why is cellulose not digestible

cellulose is not digestible by humans because of the following reasons:-

✍ cellulose is the complex food material that can't be digested easily by humans.

✍ cellulose is soo complex that it needs special kind of enzymes to being broken down into simpler form.

✍ human beings lacks in kind of special structural organisation that ruminants have so they are not able to digest cellulose.

cellulose is not digestible because just like cows and animals we don't have enzymes and bacteria to digest the complex material cellulose... also cooking cellulose doesn't make it digestible hope it helps have a gud day
