Why is (co(c2o4)3)3- is an inner orbital complex although c2o4-2 is a weak field ligand?

In K3[Co(C2O4)3] if C2O4 is a weak field ligand, then why is its d orbital occupation given by t2g6 eg0. Shouldnt it be t2g4 eg2, since c204 cant cause pairing.
