5) Though the decision - making processes are slow, the decisions made by the Democratic form of government is efficient.

Democratic government is better than other alternatives because they allow right to the people to vote and choose their own leader from their respective views and thoughts, it is based on parliament majorities, protection on human rights of all citizens and no discrimination based on cast/religion/gender/etc.
