according to Graham' law of diffusion.
rate of diffusion is inversely proportional to square root of their density .
but we know,
density is inversely proportional to temperature ( d = PM/RT )
So, rate of diffusion directly proportional to square root of their temperature .
hence, temperature increaseses then diffusion will be increse .
hence, it's clear that why rate of diffusion is greater then in winter .
becoz , in summer temperature of environment is greater then in winter .
