Why is dilute sulphuric acid not used a dehydrating agent nor as an oxidizing agent?why is conc sulphuric acid used a dehydrating and oxidizing agent?

dilute acid itself contains a higher amount of water so it is not capable of removing more water from a solution
while in conc sulphuric acid concentration of acis is more hence it is more capable
