Why is dipole movement of NF3 is less than NH3

In NH3 ,N is more eletronegative than H .so N pulls the electron towards its self so direction of moment due to N-H bonding is in the same direction as that of lone pair so NH3 has more dipole moment..

In NH3 ,N is more electronegative than H . So, N pulls the electrons from H towards itself and so ,the direction of moment due to the N-H bond is in the same direction as that of the lone pair of electrons of nitrogen .And, so we have NH3 whose dipole moment is much higher than that of NF3.
