in short one could say that India is a highly populous in fact 2nd populous but the jobs on offers are only of fixed amount in each sector so as in India most people go into PCM and then engineering so they'd get educated but the jobs would have been already filled out would get filled by graduates with higher marks would fill the jobs and thus ones with less marks would get included in the educated unemployed and the fact is that people know the problem and still hope for the best and enter in the circus of engineering
