Why is endocytosis found in animal cell only

Firstly, endocytosis is not found in animal cell only... it is performed only by the unicellular organisms such as amoeba, euglena, paramecium, etc...Beacuse they r so simple organisms... ND it is not performed by the multiellular organisms as their body is too complex... they can't do exchange of gases and food by diffusion.... so that's why the process of endocytosis is performed only by simple unicellular organisms...
