No. Plants have chloroplasts to make their own food, and they do this by photosynthesis. Animals cannot do this. You know this because you have to eat. You can test this yourself, as humans are animals and therefore made of animal cells. The next time you feel hungry on a sunny day stand outside in the sunlight for a few minutes. Do you feel any less hungry? No, because you can’t make food from the sun the way plants can. plants can do this because of their chloroplasts.

Another test requires only a mirror or other reflective surface. Look at yourself. Is your skin or hair or anything else green (besides maybe your eyes, which have a different reason for being green)? No, obviously not. This proves your lack of chloroplasts because they turn the cell green, hence the reason plants are almost always green somewhere on them.
