Why is enthalpy considered as a function of pressure and temperature?

enthalpy is CpT which means that it is directly proportional to temperature therefore enthalpy is the function of temperature only (c). Enthalpy is afunction of both temperature and pressure. It is a function of Temperature.

enthalpy is the total energy of a system
so if temperature is increased kinetic energy of particles increase and vice versa
and if pressure is increased kinetic energy of particles decrease and vice versa so enthalpy depends upon temperature and pressure
