Pressure cooking is the process of cooking food using water or other cooking liquid in a sealed vessel known as pressure cooker.As pressure cooking cooks food faster than conventional cooking methods it saves energy

Pressure cooker creates the pressure inside the vessel the pressure which is gradually increasing creates a raise in temperature ,there fore the boiling point of water is increased ,hence making the food cook faster

simply--------------------STEAM(IN THE VESSEL)  ------------CREATES PRESSURE------------RAISE IN PRESSURE----------RAISE IN TEMPERATURE----------------FASTER COOKING -------------WHICH IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT
